Three Station Thermoforming Machine
Shantou Designer Precise Machinery has developed and designed a three-station thermoforming machine which can automatically feed, form, cut, stack, count. It can be used for PP, PS, PLA, PET and other materials. Achieve fully automatic production of plastic trays, lids and boxes, etc.
1.Three Stations: Forming -- Cutting -- Stacking
2.The up and down action ofmodel forming position is running by double swing arm hydraulic system
Servo motor for sheet feeding. The counting action of stacking position is running by servo motor
3.PLC with touch screen control system , easy to be operated

Mould
Adopting professional mould design soft ware such as CAD,3D and so on, equipped with high precision CNC digital control process center,CNC line cutter, discharging processing machine,TDV three-dimensional scanner and so on.
Match with three position thermoformer's mould ,the machine realizes a fully automated production process of forming, cutting and stacking. Mould and counting, stable and fast.Two sets of servo motors enable forming with pressure and vacuum air.
