Mould
Adopting professional mould design soft ware such as CAD,3D and so on, equipped with high precision CNC digital control process center,CNC line cutter, discharging processing machine,TDV three-dimensional scanner and so on.
Match with four position thermoformer's mould ,the machine realizes a fully automated production process of forming, punching, cutting and stacking. Compared with the three-station thermoforming machine, it has more punching functions. Mould and counting, stable and fast.Two sets of servo motors enable forming with pressure and vacuum air.
